Midwest Flood Control Testifies at

Mississippi River Commission Hearing

On August 15th, leaders from the newly formed Midwest Flood Control Association attended the Mississippi River Commission (MRC) Public Meeting in St. Louis as part of MRC’s Low Water Inspection Trip. Four Midwest Flood Control board members testified to the Commission about issues and challenges facing levee districts in the Upper Mississippi River basin.
