A Bit About Midwest Flood Control Association!

The new Midwest Flood Control Association board consists of three board members each from Missouri, Iowa and Illinois, with each state having one member serve as one of the three officers –Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman and Secretary Treasurer.  Each board position is a three-year term, and each officer position is a one-year term.  The officer positions will rotate among the states. There are also six At-Large Board Members elected by the board for a one-year term.
